Welcome my name is jim
i have always been interested in reptiles for along time, i remember when i got my first snake it was a little baby corn snake no bigger then a foot, and then before i knew it i had a whole house full of reptiles, right now me and my girlfriend own 9 reptiles and they are, 1 guyana red tail boa, 3 ball pythons, 1 african rock python, 1 8ft red tail boa, 1 bearded dragon, 1 green iguana, and 1 chameleon. |

Little Reptile History
Reptiles first appeared on earth about 300 million years ago during the carponiferous period.
but snakes did not appear untill about 200 million years later during the cretaceous period shortly before the end of the dinosaurs.
the study of reptiles and amphibians is called *herpetology* and covers a very wide range of animals including frog and toads. salamanders, and snakes, lizards turtls, and crocodilians. many herpetologist specialize in a specific area. studying only snakes and lizards. ect. all boas and pythons belong to the family boidae. boids have certain characteristic not found in other snake families. including the presence of vastigial hind limbs ( anal spurs) and a pelvic girdle, the presence of both the left and right lungs.in the wild. boa constricors give birth to live young ( meaning they are ovoviviparous) with 30 to 50 babies. they are native to mexico, central america, ans south america,

Notifying Visitors of Site Enhancements
Another idea for my home page’s text is notifying visitors about the enhancements I put on my site. For example, I want visitors to sign my guestbook or fill out my survey Form E-mailer to answer questions about my site, my business, or my site’s topic.
